WINSTON GREEN

A highly experienced commercial and technology, Winston leads our legal team and sits on the Dragon Argent board.

Winston qualified in Sydney, Australia in 1999. Initially a commercial and IP disputes lawyer, he moved into non-contentious technology and IP law when he started at Dentons London in 2004. He has worked for some of the world's largest and most successful businesses and entrepreneurs. This has included stints at Virgin Management, Virgin Atlantic, RBS, Toyota Europe, and GSK. He has also been the Head of Legal at Sainsbury's Bank and the General Counsel of a Renault tech-start up subsidiary.

Winston is one of those lawyers who loves to get into the technical detail - a consequence of his holding Computing Science degree as well as a Law Degree. He has a knack for simplifying complex situations and legal concepts, to provide concise, clear and actionable advice.

Outside of work, Winston enjoys tennis, skiing and writing music.

He also sits on the UK/EU Advisory Board for the University of Technology, Sydney.
