  • Carrying out right to work checks for all new employees and follow-up checks on employees who have time limited leave to enter or remain.

  • Up to 4 hours of phone calls per month with our employment specialists for employment and immigration queries (“the Advice Helpline”).

    • Basic monthly retainer is only available to business with up to 20 employees.

    • Offer letters and employment contracts will be sent via DocuSign for signature.

    • Advice Helpline is in relation to the following subject matters:

      • Recruitment and making offers of employment.

      • Contents of an offer letter.

      • Right to work check requirements.

      • Business visas.

      • Guidance on how to vary a contract of employment.
