The costs displayed are estimates only, per application and may change following further discussions with you and establishing the supporting evidence required.

How Dragon Argent will assist you

• Advising you on the evidence required to support your application;

• Reviewing and considering the evidence provided and where necessary, obtaining further evidence;

• Calculating application costs and additional fees owed to the Home Office;

• Preparing your application and providing a draft for your review before submission;

• Finalising and submitting your application and paying associated costs.

• Where required, advice on managing your sponsorship licence via the government’s sponsorship management system.

Disbursements

The costs quoted above do not include any Home Office Fees for making the relevant application. We can make payments to the Home Office directly on your behalf when filing the application.

How long will the application take?

Dependent on how quickly you provide us with the required information for the application and supporting evidence, we can usually submit applications within 2-10 weeks of you instructing us. From submitting the application, the Home Office has varying processing times and therefore we cannot guarantee how long this will take. In some circumstances you may be able to apply for priority service at an additional cost to receive a quicker decision.
